The kitchen is past the living area, with a four-person bar. The kitchen is well prepared to prepare meals at home. There's also a blender, toaster, microwave, oven, cooktop, and dishwasher. The washer and dryer are off the kitchen.

This suite contains a king bed and a full bathroom. The second level has a full bathroom and a queen bed.

There is another living area with a futon and a sleeper sofa down the spiral staircase in the main room. The lower floor contains a twin, a full, and a 3/4 Jack and Jill bathroom between them.

Parking is available on a private driveway, and the residence is not shared by guests or inhabitants. The main entrance is via a digital keypad on the second floor, with a backup lockbox on the ground. The keypad code will be given at check-in.
